Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring any recent X-rays you have, a list of any medications you take, and your dental insurance details if applicable. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a brief medical history form.
Where do I park?
There is free two-hour street parking outside our practice. If you use a wheelchair, please let us know in advance and we will set up a secure ramp to help you over the two steps at our entrance.
