From first walking through the door for my appointment today, I was treated with kindness. All staff I came into contact with were so wonderful. My appointment was with Neill and I am so appreciative of the care, patience and kindness afforded to me. With a longstanding dental phobia, I always struggle to go anywhere near dentists. I was put at ease immediately, with Neill and his colleagues showing kindness and compassion. Neill explained everything so clearly and discussed all options for treatment needed. I was fully involved in devising my treatment plan, with Neill explaining everything so clearly. I am much more comfortable about attending for further treatment. I left my appointment with a treatment plan, which is fully costed and transparent and I feel extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this practice; they really are all wonderful! Thank you very much to all the team - you’re very much appreciated by me!

Very efficient treatment from Reem the dentist, helpful, explained my options and treated accordingly. Lovely greating from the receptionist on arrival, a great pain free visit. It's fair to say that the idea of a Private Dental Practice with the expected increased costs hasn't been received with open arms. However Reem and her team have welcomed, sorted and technically practised her profession to the highest standard that I'm aware of.
She verbally presented her intended actions and narrated it throughout. I was personally made aware of a new vocabulary. ( Saliva Sump and others)
Her assistant was informed and educated on what seemed a higher level of being a dental assistant. I was confident that she, if asked, could take over the tasks required. Whilst operating the suction tube, she was so ambidextrous that the filling parts were being assembled for the work ahead. Though it's not for me to say, but I would suggest Reem is very pleased, if not chuffed with the training and end product she's produced.
A practitioner aided by an assistant created a library of conversation and a history of northern Europe.
In less than an hour my teeth were sorted, and as the feelings returned, I couldn't help but feel that I d been in the hands of professionals. If this was private dentistry, I'm all for it.

I saw Reem today for an emergency appointment. She has been practising for 21 years. She was extremely professional but still possessed a great enthusiasm and was really helpful. I normally see Bilhal who is great too. It really is a great local dental practice.

Reem makes you feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as you walk through her door. She explained in detail three options to allow me an informed choice on which way I would like to proceed with my tooth.
Upon deciding how to proceed Reem communicated with me throughout every step of the procedure. My care was fast but efficient as I suffer with a neck stenosis so I wasn’t laid too long in one position.

After a routine check I needed two fillings. Bilal was great at explaining why they were necessary and talking through different options. One filling was particularly deep and therefore quite challenging and was a lengthy procedure. Bilal consistently told me what he was doing and checked that I was feeling ok, offering reassurance. After care was well explained and I even had a phone call from him 48 hours after to see how I was doing. Excellent care all round.

Not always the best way to spend two hours, even though it was raining outside, but the treatment was delivered in an efficient calm way, soothing and relaxing, putting my mind at ease with progress reports and an occasional recovery time.
